PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth interface alarm output circuit and an alarm output method and device, that can generate a plurality of alarm items from an alarm signal, when it receives faults or fault state of a transmitter or the like as the alarm signal, classify the plurality of alarm items into a plurality of kinds of alarm information, select only one set of alarm information item from among the classified alarm information and provide an earth output so as to supervise the alarm information via an earth interface. SOLUTION: The earth interface alarm output circuit is provided with an alarm detection circuit, that receives an alarm signal sent from a transmitter or the like; an alarm processing circuit that receives the alarm signal received with the alarm detection circuit to generate a plurality of alarm items, classifies a plurality of the generated alarm items into a plurality of kinds of alarm information items, selects only one set of alarm information item from among the plurality of kinds of classified alarm information items according to an external selection control signal and transmits the selected signal to an earth alarm output circuit; and the earth alarm output circuit that receives one set of the alarm information items sent from the alarm processing circuit and provides earth output of it. |
