PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely hold a hanger locking clothes by hooking it on the arm or the elbow or the like, to surely lock a skirt other than a jacket and trousers to one hanger and to prevent the locked jacket and suit from sliding down. SOLUTION: A hook member 4 is attached and formed at the center of the peak part 2 of the body of this hanger 1 so as to be freely erected. Further, a ring-like body is formed by pulling out the center part of an arm hooking member 5 composed of a band body from pull-out ports 2a formed with an interval on both sides of the peak part 2 of the body of the hanger 1 and it is turned to the arm hooking part to be locked to the arm part or elbow part of a user. Also, hook members 8 for locking the skirt are formed together with trouser fixing members 7 on a bar member 6 connecting both end parts of clothes locking parts 3 connected on both sides of the peak part 2 of the body of the hanger 1. Also, on the clothes locking parts, nonskid parts 9 are formed so as to surely lock the jacket and the suit, etc.
