PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of reducing the load on an Internet user when the Internet user registers and changes the user information thereon. SOLUTION: A user information administration terminal stores and administrates the user information transmitted by a user, the user transmits the user information to a service providing terminal, the service providing terminal transmits the user information to the user information administration terminal, and the administration terminal discriminates whether the user information is suitable or not for receiving service from the service providing terminal. When the terminal determines to be suitable, the terminal transmits to the service providing terminal that the user information is suitable for receiving the service. By this, the user information on the network can be uniformly administrated by the user information administration terminal. Thus, the user can reduce the load when registering and changing the user information thereon. |
