PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk that records a huge amount of still image data, realizes retrieval based on its recording time and reduces a data size of recording time information, and to provide an optical disk recorder and an optical disk reproducing device. SOLUTION: In order to minimize a data quantity to manage a recording time of a still picture, N (N is an integer of 1 or over) sets of still images are grouped and a recording time (F- RECTM) of a still image recorded at first for each group and a recording time (L- RECTM) of a still image finally recorded by each group are recorded as management information.
