PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point card management system capable of promoting on-line shopping by giving a service point even to a customer purchasing a commodity on Web. SOLUTION: Networking is executed between a point card machine 10 for adding the point number SP corresponding to the purchase amount of the customer 1, and printing and recording the result on the point card and a purchase site 9 for accepting commodity purchase by the customer 1 on an internet 4, by using, as a nucleus, a server side personal computer 6 installed in a card management headquarters 5. The server side personal computer 6 is equipped with a processing part 35 for totalizing the net purchase point number NP corresponding to the commodity purchase amount of the customer 1 at the purchase site 9, a processing part 36 for integrating the net purchase point number NP and a store purchase point number SP, and totalizing them as a total point balance, and a database 37 for recording and housing the total point balance relative to each customer. The total point balance is printed and recorded by the point card machine 10 on the point card of the customer 1 issued from each store 8. |
