PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and weight of a power supply circuit. SOLUTION: In a flyback transformer, receiving the switching output from a primary voltage resonance converter, step-up winding is wound so as to be coupled closely with the primary winding and the low-voltage secondary winding is wound so as to be coupled sparsely with the primary winding. On the secondary of the flyback transformer, a DC high voltage is generated utilizing an AC voltage induced in the step-up winding and a DC low voltage is generated utilizing an AC voltage induced in the low-voltage secondary winding. Since two kinds of secondary DC output voltage, i.e., the DC high voltage and the DC low voltage, can be obtained using only a high-voltage generating transformer, an insulating converter transformer can be eliminated.
