PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding structure for a terminal which can relieve mechanical stress and thermal stress acting on a soldering part, and can securely prevent the occurrence of a solder crack. SOLUTION: In the holding structure of the terminals 25, soldering parts 25a of the terminals 25 are inserted into the connection holes 21a of a board 21, and land parts 22 of the board 21 and the soldering parts 25a of the terminals 25 are kept by soldering in a state where the terminals 25 are erected. A terminal plate 30 guiding the soldering parts 25a of the terminals 25 to connection holes 21a of the substrate 21 is arranged in a position confronted with the board 21 by leaving a prescribed clearance. Positioning holes 34a holding midway parts 25b of the terminals 25 are arranged in the terminal plate 30 and restraint parts 25c restrained into the positioning holes 34a of the terminal plate 30 are disposed in the midway parts 25b of the terminals 25.
