PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device that minimizes a region where adhesion of toner is unstable for reducing deterioration in the image quality. SOLUTION: The imaging device is provided with a gradation processing circuit 112 that generates a dither pattern, to decreasingly set a ratio of number of formed pixels by a pixel forming means with respect to received image data, in at least part of medium/high density ranges among a low density range whose density values are an average density or below and the medium/high density ranges, whose density values are the average density or higher in the density values expressed by the dither pattern.
