The support for material being modelled or sculpted on a turntable (13) has a plate with a central pin (1207) to engage with a hole (18) in the turntable, a pulley and cable mechanism (7, 8, 9, 10) for moving the plate vertically, a system for rotating it, and another for adjusting its angle. The turntable is independent of its supporting plate, which is connected by a coupling (12) to a vertical shaft (6) moved up and down inside a tubular slider (4) by the aforementioned mechanism. Radial arms (1104, 1105) with fastening handles (1102, 1103, 1106, 1107) allow the shaft to be rotated and locked. The support also incorporates an adjustable seat (14).
