PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning supporting method, a learning supporting and managing device and a program with which a learning effect is improved. SOLUTION: A learner operates a user terminal 400, accesses a learning supporting service providing site 100 through the Internet 200 and registers as a member. The learning supporting service providing site 100 selects questions for learning corresponding to registered member information for the member and distributes them to the member. The member answers the received questions and returns the answers to the learning supporting service providing site 100. In the learning supporting service providing site 100, received answer information is corrected/marked and information indicating a result is transmitted to the user terminal 400 of an answerer. The member requests the information for reviewing the questions for which his/her answers are incorrect and reference information to the learning supporting service providing site 100 as needed. The learning supporting service providing site 100 transmits the information corresponding to the request to the user terminal 400 of a requester.
