PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and positively carry out a closing operation and fixing of a cover by using a detached cover as a protective cover even when a hinge or the like of the rotationally moving cover breaks. SOLUTION: A guide groove 59 positioned near a rotating part 31 and a recessed part 60 position away from the rotating part 31 are provided on a side wall 58 of a fuse unit 52. The guide groove is composed of a wide width part 59a having an inclined guide face 59c and a narrow width part 59b extending in a closing direction continuously from the wide width part. A groove wall face with the continuous side width part and narrow width part is used as a position regulating face 59d to a guide rib 25. The guide rib entering the guide groove and a locking protruding part 26 engaging with the recessed part are provided on side walls 22b and 22c inner faces of a second cover 21 composing the protective cover 10, and a position regulating rib 27 abutting on an upper part of the fuse unit is provided on an upper wall 22a inner face of the second cover. The locking protruding part and the position regulating rib are arranged in the same plane perpendicular to both side walls of the second cover.
