FORMULATION FOR INHIBITING PROLIFERATION OF TUMOR CELL LINE

PURPOSE: Provided is a formulation which contains as an active ingredient a cytoplasmic fraction of a specific strain having inhibition effect of proliferation on tumor cell lines. CONSTITUTION: The formulation for inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cell lines characteristically contains at least one cytoplasmic fraction of strains selected from the group consisting of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis, Bifidobacterium breve and Bifidobacterium longum, or mixture thereof. The tumor cell line can stomach cancer cell line, SNU-1(KCLB00001) or large intestine cancer cell line, SNU-C2A(KCLB0000C2A).
