PURPOSE: A system for accounting a game program charge is provided to make a user conveniently user a desired game after paying a game program charge and a communication network rate by connecting to a service providing server and to make the user pay the game charge by using cyber money, mileage money, or mileage points. CONSTITUTION: The system includes a game server(300), a game developer(400), and a service providing server(100). In the game server, many game programs are stored. A user(600) connects to the game server to run a game program. The game server is managed by the game developer. The game developer provides many game programs. Many game programs supplied from the game developer are stored in the service providing server. The service providing server provides the game server with many game programs. The game server counts the use time of a specific game program. The service providing server accumulates the total use time of each program. A total charge corresponding to the total use time is calculated. The charge is requested for a game room manager(700). The total charge paid by the game room manager is provided to the game developer.
