One of the resins may be P.T.F.E or other fluorocarbon resins, e.g. polymonochlorotrifluoroethylene. The other resins may be thermosetting resins, e.g. phenol-formaldehyde resins, alkyd, melamine, epoxy or polyimide resins. The bearing layer may also include additional lubricants, e.g. P.T.F.E. fibres or graphite.
