PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize highly accurate lens positioning simply and easily with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A lens holding frame 11 is assembled and arranged to a frame member 10 through an X adjusting member 14 and a Y adjusting member 15. When the X adjusting member 14 is moved in the optical axis direction, while the lens holding frame 11 is adjusted in position in X direction, the movement adjustment is performed in the state where movement and turning in Y direction are regulated by the action of the Y adjusting member 15 or the like. When the Y adjusting member 15 is moved in the optical axis direction, while the lens holding frame 11 is adjusted in position in Y direction, the movement adjustment is performed in the state where the movement and turning in the X direction are regulated by the action of the X adjusting member 14 or the like. The positioning of both in the X direction and in the Y direction can independently be adjusted.
