PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the gain adapting man-hours to a great extent and to establish an excellent robustness in a control system making feedback control of a turbine rotating speed of a target value during an inertial phase. SOLUTION: The feedback control system is composed of an SMC controller 101 to compute the control input through a sliding mode control based upon the changeover functionσ=Cx and a minimum dimension observer 104 to presume conditional variable x not measurable directly among the conditional variables x used in the changeover functionσ. The integrated value of the deviation is included in the conditional variables x, and the integral value to give Cx=0 is computed from the initial period of shifting, and when inertial phase is established, the integral value is reset to the value giving Cx=0 and then the sliding mode control is started. |
