PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential gear that can reduce imbalance generated to a drive pinion shaft. SOLUTION: A front side spacer 25 interposed between an inner race 13a of a pilot bearing 13 and an inner race 15a of a tapered roller bearing 15 is integrally provided with a projecting part 31 projecting toward a drive pinion shaft 9, at the inner part facing the drive pinion shaft 9. The projecting part 31 is formed in a curve so as to project over the whole center axis direction of the spacer 25 and has semi-cylindrical cross section. The projecting part 31 projects toward the drive pinion shaft 9 over the whole inner peripheral direction of the spacer 25 (the outer peripheral direction of the drive pinion shaft 9), and the inner peripheral surface of the projecting part 31 is in contact with or in proximity to the outer peripheral surface of the drive pinion shaft 9. |
