SOLUTION: This system for driving a plastic conductor has an insulating board 6 with a plurality of electrodes 7 arranged being spaced from one another; a means 20 for applying prescribed electric potential to each of a plurality of electrodes; the plastic conductor 5 movably arranged on the insulating board and brought into contact with at least two electrodes out of the electrodes to generate a current on the basis of the potential difference between the electrodes; and a means for generating the magnetic field 8 intersecting the current on the insulating board. The plastic conductor on the surface of the board is driven by Lorentz's force based on the interaction of the current and magnetic field.
