PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the configuration of a mechanism for easily changing the dilution rate of a sample, accurately diluting the sample, and diluting the sample to be introduced into a condensation column. SOLUTION: After a sample is sucked to a sampling needle 17 and a channel between the sampling needle 17 and a valve 23, the sampling needle 17 is connected to a sample injection port 11. A dilution rate control section 53 perform the discharge operation of a syringe pump 19 so that a preset amount of sample can be fed to a merged point 51 at a preset flow rate, and at the same time drives a pump 49 for feeding diluent to the merged point 51 at a preset flow rate. The sample and the diluent are mixed at a preset flow rate ratio at the merged point 51, and the sample is diluted at a dilution rate corresponding to the flow rate ratio. The dilution rate control section 53 changes the discharge flow rate of the syringe pump 19 and that of the pump 49 for feeding diluent, thus changing the dilution rate of the sample.
