PURPOSE: Provided are a method and a device for easily and completely extracting a high purity lacquer liquid from lacquer tree. CONSTITUTION: The method for extracting a lacquer liquid from lacquer tree(16) comprises the steps of (i) introducing lacquer tree into jar(10) and connecting a mouth of the jar and the top of container(17) for lacquer collection so that the lacquer tree does not come out the jar; and (ii) slowly heating the exterior of the jar to extract a lacquer liquid. The jar is heated at temperature of about 800 deg.C for 30 hours or more. The circumference of the container for lacquer collection is cooled by cooling means comprising water.
