PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put a scrub brush and a detergent together for eliminating the breeding of miscellaneous germs due to prolonged use. SOLUTION: The use of tissue paper resistant to water makes the scrub brush disposable to prevent the breeding of miscellaneous germs. The paper is soaked with a dishwashing detergent and dried. This enables putting together of the scrubber brush and the detergent for ease of handling.
