A process for the removal of open celled foam material mouldings from a mould, comprises coating the inside of the mould with a separating agent. The starting materials for the moulding are then fed into the mould, where foaming takes place. The moulding is then removed. A process for the removal of open celled foam material mouldings from a mould, comprises coating the inside of the mould with a separating agent. The starting materials for the moulding are then fed into the mould, where foaming takes place. The moulding is then removed. The separating agent contains Polyol CP1421 produced by the Dow Chemical company, and can be Polyol displaced water. The mouldings are open pored PUR mouldings, and the starting materials contain a Polyol component to produce hard, structured and/or integral foams.
