PURPOSE: A signal sensing type bluetooth system and an operation method therefor are provided to secure a battery use time with a long time in a wireless connection using a local area wireless communication control device of a communication device and a headset by installing a signal sensing unit in a bluetooth module. CONSTITUTION: A bluetooth signal transmission module(40) connects to a communication device(2), converts a transmitting and receiving signal of the communication device(2) to be suitable for a bluetooth communication standard so that the transmitting and receiving signal is transmitted to a telephone talker by wireless in case that a signal which is over a certain level is received from the communication device(2), and transmits the converted transmitting and receiving signal. A bluetooth headset outputs the signal received through the bluetooth signal transmission module(40) to the telephone talker and transmits a signal inputted from the telephone talker to the bluetooth signal transmission module(40) in case that the signal which is over the certain level is received from the bluetooth signal transmission module(40).
