PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch and display file names by each of plural kinds attached to plural data files, even if these data files are not stored in a memory region. SOLUTION: The plural different file names per data file are attached to the data files stored in the memory means. Control means selects only the file name which complies with the prescribed display conditions assigned by condition assigning means and displays only the selected file name on display means. Namely, a user is able to display, only the file name complying with the assignment of the user simply to the display means by assigning the prescribed display conditions from the condition assigning means. The one data file can then be switched and displayed by the plural different file names, even if the data files are not stored by each of the plural different file names. |
