PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a foliar spraying agent which contains many natural trace elements (minerals) and enables the production of agricultural products, or the like, that can reproduce the mineral balance of ocean deep water. SOLUTION: This foliar spraying agent to be sprayed on the back sides of the leaves of agricultural products, or the like, uses the raw water, desalted water or concentrated water of ocean deep water taken from deep seawater at a place deep from the surface of sea in a distance of >=200 meter. The raw water, desalted water, or concentrated water of the ocean deep water may be diluted in a proper ratio and then used as a foliar spraying agent. Further, the raw water, desalted water, or concentrated water of the ocean deep water may be mixed with one or more active ingredients for promoting the growth of the agricultural products, or the like, and then used as the foliar spraying agent. The raw water, desalted water, or concentrated water of the ocean deep water may be mixed with the one or more active ingredients for promoting the growth of the agricultural products, or the like, in a ratio of 1:9 to 9:1.
