PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical composition for impregnating a textile product, capable of sufficiently migrating chemicals with which the textile product, such as a product of non-woven fabric, is impregnated to an object. SOLUTION: This chemical composition for impregnating the textile product contains active ingredient(s) made of lubricant(s), nonionic surfactant(s), and viscosity modifier(s), wherein the composition contains 0.5-4 pts.wt. of the nonionic surfactant and 0.5-4 pts.wt. of the viscosity modifier based on 1 pt.wt. of the active ingredient, and further has a viscosity of 10-40 mPa.s when measured at 25 deg.C.
