PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling device provided with a ceramic rolling body appropriate for a measuring SEM rolling device or X-ray tube rotation anode. SOLUTION: A ceramic material containing an additive composed of one or more substances selected out of nitride, carbide, and oxide of a transition metal at the ratio of 10-60 weight % is used as a material for the rolling body. |
