PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a curable composition for coating capable of forming a coating film of top coating having excellent transparency, scratch resistance, chemical resistance, weather resistance and adhesivity to a substrate and a coating film of surface prearrangement on the surface of a substrate, applicable to an outer plate for automobiles especially in a three-dimensional shape, and contributing to the prevention of global warming. SOLUTION: This curable composition for coating comprises mixing 100 mass parts of the total of (A) 20-80 mass % of a polymer compound containing an acryloyloxy group on the side chain with (B) 2-60 mass % of a curable silicone (solid content) and (C) 5-50 mass % of an alicyclic compound group containing one or more acryloyloxy groups in one molecule and/or a heterocyclic compound group containing one or more acryloyloxy groups in one molecule with (D) 0.01-10 mass parts of a radical polymerization initiator.
