PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a triphenylboraneamine complex compound by an economically effective process from stable easily handleable starting materials. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a triphenylboraneamine complex compound expressed by general formula (1) (wherein, R is a 1-18C linear or branched alkylene; and Y is H, a halogen, or a 1-18C linear or branched alkoxy) comprises reacting a tetraphenylborate magnesium halide expressed by general formula (2) (wherein, X is a halogen) with a primary amine salt expressed by general formula (3) (wherein, R and Y are same as defined above; and Z is a halogen).
