PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label adhering device and a program for label adhering device capable of performing an easy and accurate preparing operation before a specimen is measured. SOLUTION: This label adhering device 10 is comprised of a printing and adhering means 11 and a control segment 12 for controlling an operation of the printing and adhering means 11. The control segment 12 is comprised of a reference information confirming function 21 for discriminating the content of a reference information B recorded in one pre-adhered label L1; a memory segment 22 having an additional information A co-related with the reference information and stored therein; an extracting function 23 for extracting an additional information A corresponding to the reference information B discriminated by the reference information confirming function 21 from the memory segment 22; and an instruction function 24 for outputting an instruction for printing the extracted additional information A onto another label L1 and adhering the other label L1 to a blood collecting tube E to the printing and adhering means 11.
