PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a thermal property of a tetrafluoroethylene resin material by ionizing radiation. SOLUTION: The tetrafluoroethylene resin material, that is a raw resin material before sintering, is radiated by ionizing radiation with an absorbed dose in the range of 1,000 Gy or below at ordinary temperature in air, whereby only a melting point can be transformed to a low-temperature side without changing a heat of fusion and a heat of crystallization of the raw material.
