PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monolithic refractory having a identification recognition code, to which the identification code is given to manage the quality of the monolithic refractory based on the a frame mold and the production history, and which is produced in a high nondefective product yield, and to provide its management method. SOLUTION: In the monolithic refractory, which has been produced by adding water to a refractory raw material, kneading and casting the mixture to in the frame mold, the recognition code 14 having uneven shapes is provided on the surface part 11. The produced monolithic refractories are managed by making the history of the frame mold correspond to its production history for every monolihic refractory. |
