PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cancer immunotherapy for treating cancer or tumor. SOLUTION: This combination therapy for inhibiting the cell proliferation of cancer cells contains an alga hot cell extract, a bacterial cell body component, and, if necessary, inactivated tumor cells or tissues. The alga preferably belongs to Cyanophyceae or the genus Spirulina. The cell body component is preferably BCG-CWS, and the inactivated tumor cells or tissues are preferably prepared from self-cancer. The BCG is Mycobacterium bovis Calmette-Guerin bacillus, and it is found by an animal test that the BCG-CWS (cell wall skeleton portion) is an adjuvant for producing an antibody. |
