PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an equipment cost, and to enable mass transport in method carrying concrete downward and a device therefor. SOLUTION: Shelf boards 15 are arranged in a plurality at an interval in the belt rotating direction on an endless belt 14 arranged in the vertical direction by extending to a pulley installed between a vertical directional channel 12. A surface of a descending track of the belt is covered with a cover 18 for guiding the belt by contacting with the periphery of the shelf boards 15. An opening part 22 is arranged in an upper position of the cover 18. Support plates 17 and 16 for abutting to a belt surface are installed on an upper surface and an under surface of the shelf boards 15 to reinforce a right-angled attitude of the shelf boards. Fresh concrete 30 is inputted in the opening part 22, and is placed on the shelf boards 15, and is carried downward by rotation of the belt 14 while preventing falling from above the shelf boards by the cover 18. The concrete 30 is discharged at the lower end of the belt by an attitudinal change in the shelf boards 15.
