PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove high-frequency signals from the initial touch responses components of an after-touch signal and to improve the operability and performance of after touch. SOLUTION: A sound source 2 generates a musical sound with key code data and a key-on signal from a keyboard 1. The after-touch signal from an after-touch sensor 9 is inputted to an AND gate 12 and a threshold circuit 11 via an A/D conversion circuit 10. The threshold circuit 11 detects the after- touch signal rising and turns on the AND gate 12 and a timer and switching circuit 4 starts a timer. A selector 13 is switched a specific time later. The after-touch signal is outputted to a strong low-pass filter 14, until the specific time is elapsed and to a weak low-pass filter 15 the specific time later. According to the control signal selected by an effect selector 17, an effect control circuit 5 imparts effects to a musical sound signal. |
