PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ditch cover, on which a pedestrian does not slide even when the pedestrian walks on the ditch cover and can walk safely, which can be molded in a proper shape, is not limited on the design, is handled and manufactured easily, the cost of which is reduced, which is not damaged by oil, chemicals and heat, also has a water permeable function and can be colored arbitrarily and in which rust is not also generated. SOLUTION: A plurality of holes 4 in a proper size are formed to a ditch cover body 2 formed by molding granular-stone aggregate 6 in which a polymer 7 is mixed with granular stones 5 while metallic reinforcing bars 3 are placed internally in the ditch cover body 2 and the ditch cover body 2 is reinforced. Nonslip irregularities 8 are formed positively to at least the tread of the ditch cover body 2. An arbitrary pigment is added to the polymer 7 to color the ditch cover body 2 desirably.
