<p>The invention relates to a weighing system, comprising a weighing arrangement for providing weighing results, first transceiver means for transmitting the weighing results provided by weighing instruments, and second transceiver means for receiving the weighing results. As a response to receiving the weighing results, a response is transmitted to the weighing arrangement, which comprises for example an acknowledgement confirming receipt of weighing information.
