PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminate which is excellent in the adhesion between a polar resin such as a polyester resin and a polyolefin resin and exerts an excellent adhesion even when a polyolefin resin material of high crystallizability is used in the main and which is suitable for the use at a high temperature or the use wherein such a content as to swell a polyolefin is used, e.g. the use for a gasoline tank. SOLUTION: The laminate is constituted by adhering a polar resin layer (A) to a polyolefin resin layer (B) with an adhesive layer (C) interlaid. The polar resin layer (A) contains a quaternary phosphonium salt or a quaternary ammonium salt and the adhesive layer (C) contains a modified polyolefin resin modified by a carboxyl group or an epoxy group.
