PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vary a solenoid current for opening a closed valve mechanism in temperature between a low temperature and a high temperature since the elastic modulus of an elastically deformable valve element and the sliding resistance of an elastically deformable seal material vary depending on the temperatures, i.e., they are large in a low temperature and small in a high temperature. SOLUTION: To supply the solenoid current necessary for opening the valve mechanism, at the time of boosting, the solenoid current (learned boost start current value), when a pressure is varied after the valve mechanism is opened, is recorded without directly measuring the temperatures. When the valve mechanism is opened again after the valve mechanism is closed, the solenoid current calculated based on the recorded learned boost start value is allowed flow.
