PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labeling device capable of performing a smooth supplying of a band-like material kept between a raw material roll and a label peeling-off mechanism even if a length of the band material is short and further facilitating a compact formation by saving a waiting space. SOLUTION: Between a raw material roll supporting mechanism 5 and a label peeling-off mechanism 8 are arranged a band material feeding-out mechanism 6 for feeding out a band material at a faster speed than a feeding-out speed of a label feeding-out mechanism 10; a band material feeding-out timing mechanism 50 for absorbing a loosed state of the band material fed out by the band material feeding-out mechanism; and a sensor 55 for sensing a fact that a length of the band material ranging from the feeding-out mechanism to a label peeling-off mechanism becomes shorter than a predetermined length.
