PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure detecting device of high reliability in electrical connection for anti-vibration even if it is used under a harsh environment. SOLUTION: The pressure detecting device A has a semiconductor pressure sensor 4 provided on a pressure guiding part 1a which guides a fluid pressure through a base plate 3, a circuit board 5 which is provided with a housing hole part 5a for the semiconductor pressure sensor 4 and which is electrically connected to the semiconductor pressure sensor 4 by wire-bonding with a wire 10, a provision part 1d which is provided integrally with or separately from the pressure guiding part 1a to provide the circuit board 5, and a complex part 9 where a peripheral edge of the housing hole part 5a of the circuit board 5 abuts on a placement part 3b for providing the semiconductor pressure sensor 4 of the base plate 3.
