PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel ammonia masking agent and an ammonia smell masking method. SOLUTION: The ammonia masking agent comprises an aqueous solution (the concentration of methyl jasmonate: 1%) containing 200 g of methyl jasmonate and 200 g of polyoxyethylsorbitan monooleate.
