PURPOSE: A method of supplying a multilateral call service in the third generation mobile communication network is provided to transfer a self session right and a billing right to the other remote party by a multilateral call service subscriber, even when a call is completed, thereby securing call continuity and billing for session. CONSTITUTION: A multilateral call service subscriber calls the other remote party with a session right and a billing right(S10). The subscriber forms a session with many remote parties, and has a conversion with the parties(S12). When the subscriber tries to cancel a self call(S14), the subscriber designates a remote party to transfer the self session right and the billing right(S16). An SMS server transmits a telephone number of a wireless mobile terminal of an SMS to a subscriber database of a home location register(S18). The subscriber database updates the session right and the billing right on the basis of the inputted telephone number(S20). The SMS server generates an SMS to transmit the SMS to a wireless mobile terminal of a previous user whose session right and the billing right are transferred(S22). Even though the subscriber who transfers the session right and the billing right cancels the session, the call continues and a billing server continues a billing for the session(S24,S26). |
