PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polishing sheet comprising diamond particles as abrasive agent for rough polishing prior to finish polishing capable of preventing damage on an end surface of a photoconnector, shortening polishing time, and reducing cost. SOLUTION: In this polishing sheet having an abrasive layer 2 comprising polishing agent dispersed in binder and provided on a flexible support body 1, the polishing layer 2 comprises at least two layers of a lower polishing layer 2B containing polishing agent 2b of Mohs' hardnesses 3-9, and an upper abrasive layer 2A containing diamond particles 2a of an average grain size of 0.5-10μm.
