PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous electrolyte battery, which is excellent in productivity and is excellent in various battery characteristics, such as a cycle characteristic, a load characteristic, a low-temperature characteristic, and the like. SOLUTION: In the solid electrolyte battery 1 equipped with a positive electrode 2, a negative electrode 3, which counters with the positive electrode 2, the solid electrolyte 4 allotted between the concerned positive electrode 2 and the concerned negative electrode 3, the above solid electrolyte 4 contains a high polymer, which is made by heating a monomer, and a monomer solution containing a 1st polymerization starting agent, whose 1-hour half-life period temperature is 40 deg.C or more and less than 65 deg.C, and a 2nd polymerization starting agent, whose 1-hour half-life period temperature is 65 deg.C or more and less than 120 deg.C, and by polymerizing the concerned monomers. |
