PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the operation steps for arrangement and management of e-mail addresses and HP addresses. SOLUTION: This address management system is provided with a computer 10 for printing and a computer 20 for management with a scanner. The computer 10 for printing barcodes original data including an e-mail address and an HP address and prints the barcoded original data on a printing medium P, and the computer 20 for management reads a barcode BC on the printing medium P through a scanner S to decode the barcode BC and stores decoded data in an address table.
