PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement video distributing device, system, and method capable of expressing various advertisements. SOLUTION: When a protocol converting gateway 201 receives a connection request from a terminal for a conference, the presence or the absence of the need of protocol conversion is determined. After the protocol conversion processing is performed by a protocol converting server 202, as necessary, connection processing is performed. At receiving of video data from the terminal for a conference, whether an advertisement video is to be composited is determined by an editing server 204. When it is determined that the advertisement video should be composited, the pre-registered advertisement video is obtained from an advertisement video server 205, and composited with the received video data. |
