PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image conversion panel whose luminance and sharpness (or vividness) are high and a method for manufacturing the radiation image conversion panel. SOLUTION: A radiation image conversion panel is characterized in that it has an intermediate layer between an undercoating layer and a stimulable phosphor layer in the radiation image conversion panel which has the undercoating layer and the stimulable phosphor layer containing the particles of stimulable phosphors on a support in order of mention.
