PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with laborious time-consuming work such as data inputting work and data extracting work accompanying creation of a graph from an aggregate report for reducing a load of a user. SOLUTION: A structure of an obtained report is automatically recognized, and data necessary for graphing are extracted from the report (step 505). Using the extracted data, a predetermined graph creation rule is associated with an aggregate item in the report (step 510). When the user clicks the aggregate item by means of a mouse, a graph is automatically created by using the extracted data according to the associated graph creation rule (step 515).
