PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latch-type electromagnetic valve and a four-way valve and a latch type electromagnetic coil therefor, of which the release voltage range is controllable and of which the vibration-proof is superior with vibration hardly occurring and without causing malfunctions due to vibration, destruction or the like, and which is capable of applying to piping line high in pressure difference and moreover, which is compact. SOLUTION: The valve is provided with a tubular body for shifting a plunger whose one end is connected to a valve body, the plunger which is moveably arranged axially in the tubular body for shifting the plunger and whose one end is connected with a valve body, an induction element fastened to other end of the tubular body for shifting the plunger, so as to confront with the other end of the plunger, a biasing means interfaced between the plunger and the induction element so as to bias the plunger in a direction of separation from the induction element, a coil member arranged on the side of the valve body around outer periphery of the tubular body for shifting the plunger and a permanent magnet arranged on the side of the induction element around outer periphery of the tubular body for shifting the plunger.
